AI Transparency Notice

This platform uses Artificial Intelligence

Go Maklerfrei uses AI systems to optimize property photos, virtually furnish rooms and create exposé texts. All AI-generated content is labeled accordingly.

AI Systems in Use

Image Optimization (Real-ESRGAN)

  • Function: Automatic enhancement of property photos (upscaling, sharpening, exposure correction)
  • Provider: Replicate Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA
  • Model: Real-ESRGAN (Open Source, nightmareai/real-esrgan)
  • Risk class: Limited risk (transparency obligation)
  • Labeling: Optimized images are marked as "AI-optimized"
  • Data processing: Images are temporarily transferred to Replicate servers and deleted after processing

Virtual Staging (Stable Diffusion XL)

  • Function: Virtual furnishing of empty rooms for exposé photos
  • Provider: fal.ai Inc. (Model: Flux Pro Kontext by Black Forest Labs)
  • Risk class: Limited risk (transparency obligation, as image-generating AI)
  • Labeling: Virtually furnished images are marked with AI-generated / Virtual Staging label
  • Note: These images do not show the actual condition of the property

Text Generation (GPT-4.1 mini)

  • Function: Automatic creation of exposé description texts
  • Provider: OpenAI Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA
  • Model: GPT-4.1 mini
  • Risk class: Limited risk (transparency obligation)
  • Labeling: Texts are marked as "AI-assisted"
  • Data input: Only property data (address, area, rooms, price) is sent to OpenAI — no personal data of the user
  • Note: The customer reviews and approves every generated text before publication

Local Image Processing (Sharp)

  • Function: Basic image optimization (resize, sharpening, thumbnail creation)
  • Processing: Entirely on our own servers — no third-party provider
  • Note: Not AI in the strict sense, therefore no labeling requirement

Labeling System

We use the following labels on the platform:

AI-optimizedPhoto was enhanced by AI (sharpness, exposure, resolution)
AI-generatedContent was fully created by AI (Virtual Staging)
AI-assistedText was created with AI assistance and reviewed by the user

Your Rights

  • You can opt out of AI-assisted processing at any time and create content manually
  • You have the right to review and modify all AI-generated content before publication
  • Upon request, we will delete all data stored with third-party providers
  • You can request information about the input data used in AI processing
